From Srinagar Transfer to Sonamarg
On the first day of your Amarnath Yatra, you will be greeted at Srinagar Airport with an assisted transfer to Sonamarg. After you arrive in Sonamarg, you'll check into your chosen hotel. Take the rest of the day into account. You can even choose to take a relaxing stroll near the resort or else you can exhibit the beauty of Sonamarg. An overnight stay will be at the hotel in Sonamarg, ensuring you are well-rested for the journey ahead.
Sonamarg to Baltal to Amarnath
From this day, your actual Amarnath Yatra by helicopter gets started. You’ll be transferred to Baltal’s Neelgrath helipad. From here, take the helicopter ride to Panchtarni. From Panchtarni, the Amarnath Cave is a 6-kilometer trek. For those who cannot walk, ponies and palki rides are available. The Amarnath Cave exudes spirituality and peace. You will be captivated by the Shivling made with beautiful ice and feel a deep connection with Lord Shiva. Alongside the main Shivling, you will see two smaller lingams representing Maa Parvati and Lord Ganesh. After completing your Darshan, we will return to Panchtarni and take a helicopter back to Neelgrath. From there, you’ll come back to Sonamarg for a peaceful night stay.
Transfer to Srinagar
This is going to be the last day of your Amarnath Yatra. Start the day in Srinagar with your breakfast in the houseboat. After enjoying your meal, we will assist you with a smooth transfer to the Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. With this, the spiritual Amarnath Yatra marks an end, leaving you with memories of peace and tranquility.

Talk to an ExpertFor safety reasons, there are some guidelines from the SHRI AMARNATHJI SHRINE BOARD. To be eligible for the yatra, you must be between 13 and 75 years old. If you are pregnant, you can only go if you are less than six weeks along. Also, you need to be physically fit to reach the high point.

The trek to the cave can take 4-5 days, depending on your pace. There are basically two routes for Amarnath Yatra, one takes the route of Pahalgam and another from Baltal. With Go Get A Trip, your journey will be smoother as you'll take a helicopter ride from Baltal.
