Submission of Documentation:

If you are applying for a Stamped Visa, you are required to send your original passport along with the necessary supporting documentation to our office. We highly recommend that you use a secure and trackable courier service, such as DHL, FedEx or Blue Dart. We are highly focused on providing you with your documents in a safe and sensitive manner with no privacy issues.

  • 1. All documents are complete as per your visa category requirements
  • 2. Each shipment includes your full name, contact number, and order reference number
  • 3. All originals are enclosed in tamper-proof packaging

When it comes to eVisas, you are only to submit your required documentation online if required. You will be instructed to upload scanned copies securely via our platform.

The Processing Timeline:

Once we get your documents at our office, through courier (for Stamped Visas) or online (for eVisas), our team specialists would initiate the application process by providing you with a timeline which depends on the following:

  • 1. The destination country’s visa issuance policies
  • 2. The type of Visa applied (Whether it is a tourist visa, business visa or a transit one.) Whether it's an eVisa or a sticker visa

We will communicate the expected processing duration at the time of submission and notify you of any updates during the process.

Delivery of Final Visa:

Our team of visa processing specialists would e-mail you the eVisa in a PDF format to your registered email address. You are advised to download and print the document, as some destinations require a hard copy at immigration.

Stamped Visas (Sticker Visas) will be returned to you via trusted courier partners, ensuring:
