There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 05 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the Helicopter.
All temples in Dodham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
All properties lodge with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets.
Passenger weighing more than 75 Kg will be charged by the operator at Helipad.
Any additional night due to bad weather, technical reasons, etc other than the package inclusions(03N) will be paid by the Passenger.
All kind of expenses arises out of a natural calamity in the form of weather, govt restrictions,strikes. Agitations, political disturbance of other nature etc will be borne by the Passenger.
Any changes in the applicable taxes, govt taxes, royalities or BKTC charges will result in an adjustment of the tax amount which will be changed accordingly.
Bookings can be rescheduled to a later date subject to availability with a 12% additional fee if requested at least 15 days before the journey date.
Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of the journey will be treated as cancelled & a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges.
